Solved it, removed the last -S and it's working now
Open a command prompt (windows key + R, type "cmd", hit enter) and then copy-paste that line. Hit enter to run. This way the window won't close when the program terminates and you get to read any error messages that appear.

The CMD window pops up for 0.5 second and then closes. What's wrong?
Tried with the latest version as well.
