It provides a comprehensive list of all the top ICO expert opinions and spreadhsheets in one place.
To make this data useable it also uses a statistical algorithm to combine the scores and ranks to make a final top 10 rank.
You can choose to adjust the ranking to different factors you find important such as social media subscriber number or number of times the ICO has been featured in a top 10 rank. Best not to trust just one expert's opinion, figure out the ICO with an overall consensus as a top pick and go with that.

So bad that NuCypher is oversubscribed on private sale ..

TON/Gram whatever it may call is not going to be an ICO for the public, its a way for TON early investors to exit without having conventional IPO. The coin may well have sound value once released if there is a use for it within Telegram, otherwise its just another Coin with no redeeming features other than name.

On a more positive note, NuCypher is totally different gravy, if they can deliver what is being pitched, its groundbreaking with application far beyond cryptoland. The only question is, how do they do it, will it work and how will they prevent a hundred clones. It may be essentially a centralised/trusted party model to function.

Looks interesting but too many red flags. No product, no registered company. IMO, can be an option for a short term investment if there's enough hype.

I agree with the logic of that, however i would hope to see it go the other way.  If ICO cap the investment amount they could probably put themselves below the legal required thresholds for KYC.  The limits I'm aware of are in or of $5k, so allow small to modest investment while still tap into popular support for projects.

Thanks for sharing, there are some that I didn't know. I always inform myself and investigate the projects I'm thinking about investing in, and based on that I make my decision. But these spreadsheet are very useful to contrast my opinion or if I missed some detail. And they also help me to know some new ICO that I had not heard about.

I have heard that SPN was a scam,the boutny manager didnt pay the right stakes for the bounty hunters and most of these boutny hunters are blaming the bad management these ICO has,in telegram i have seen a lot of bounty hunters are fucked up by this campaign,they didnt receive the promised stakes by the team,so i wont be joining SAPIEN.

Yes you are completely right about private sales, ICO are selling out so fast, and so many pools.  Those spreadsheets that I shared has some public and private groups that help to invest in private sale

but I do not know for sure all the ico I follow have a very high potential but I have a feeling that altcoin can change my life someday in the future.
