We had a surprise fork back around 2013  maybe that date in 2013 was the date of the fork.
Probably a non issue since the peers would likely all have a chain with a longer

Everything was fine but a had a power interruption a few days ago and the problem begun when started syncing block headers from the start. It gets stuck at the same date everytime I try. It runs smoothly a then stays there for days.
For starters, Bitcoin Core needs at least 150GB++ for the entire Blockchain. You can enable prune by creating a file called bitcoin.conf and paste this in:
Code:
-prune=10000
. This will ensure that the database never exceeds 10GB but you also cannot import any keys without resyncing.

Regarding your problem, can you go to the data directory and delete everything EXCEPT wallet.dat. Please keep a backup of wallet.dat if you have it. Start the client again and it should synchronize fine.

Okay  what is a 1000 gb free hard drive space ?

is it a 2000 gb hdd with 1000 gb empty?

is it a 1000 gb hdd hard drive  that is very empty.

basically what is your hdd?

next how do you know it is stuck.  does it go to that block and stay there for 1 hour 2 hour 3 hour 4 hour ?

Hi. I can't find out why this is happening

Even using the -reindex command my wallet stops syncing in the exact same date every time (3 years and 46 weeks behind).

I'm attaching a screenshot, please help I need my coins!!

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
System Hardware Specs: Intel i3 CPU with 8 GB RAM and 1000 GB free hard drive space.
Description of Problem: Bitcoin Core seems to be stuck while synching.
