So, your mobile device had a technical issue? And you didn't write down the 12 word seed that Mycelium gave you?

Then chances are your Bitcoins are lost forever.

There is a small chance that you could recover the data from the device, assuming the device powers up and hasn't been reformatted, but that can be difficult if you don't have any technical expertise with data recovery from a mobile device... As the tools required are generally not "point and click" but low level command line scripts etc.

Have you considered seeking assistance from a professional data recovery service?

Your query is difficult to understand as it is hard to understand which sentence is a statement and which one is a question. From what I understand I get to know that you have made a transaction to your mycelium wallet on Nov 20 and you had some technical problems in it. You also didn't make any backup of it.

So what kind of technical problems did you face ?
Did you receive the funds in your mycelium wallet successfully ?
If you have the transaction ID or the wallet address to which the Bitcoins were sent kindly post it here so that we can help you with the issue.

You will be able to recover the money if you still have the wallet installed on your device or if you have the backup of the wallet.
Any of the above things will be able to recover the money but if you don't have both the things then it might be really difficult to recover the BTC.
