I can not use the seed option, no password wallet and that option disabled, it's watching only wallet.
Only the "watch-only" wallet has no coin, but the other two wallet has and still have it.
In my mind, it's looks like Electrum bug, the private keys was imported to the watch only wallet, and after the shutdown wasn't saved. It worked always, hundreds of times.
You keep talking about private keys and a "watching-only" wallet... These two things are mutually exclusive!!?!

This last statement: "the private keys was imported to the watch only wallet" is actually impossible. Electrum will NOT allow you to import a private key into a watching-only wallet... just like it won't let you import a private key into a "standard" wallet that was created with a seed.

The ONLY wallet type you can import a WIF private key into is an "imported" wallet.

Yesterday i imported few private keys (what i deleted after i imported because always was fine), and 0.203 btc shown up in my wallet. Today i restarted my computer, and after that my issue comes: I have 3 wallet, and 2 of them working well, coins still there. The third one, shows all transaction history, but no bitcoins.
You say you have THREE wallets... which wallet did you import the private keys into? Or did you import some keys in wallet1, some into wallet2 and some into wallet3? or did you try and import ALL the key into ALL the wallets? Huh

you are  doing something wrong here and it is impossible to say what. a transaction doesn't just disappear from your wallet for no reason. the only case that a transaction is disappeared is when it is invalidated for example if the same inputs (that was used to pay you) were used in a different transaction and that tx got confirmed. aka a double spend.

reading your first post another time, something else is worth checking out:
I have 3 wallet, and 2 of them working well, coins still there. The third one, shows all transaction history, but no bitcoins.
when you say the third one is with no bitcoin but has transaction history, in that history do you see a greet tick sign or a blue computer sign? maybe you created the transaction and forgot to send it. does it say "local" in front of it? if so either double click and select broadcast from the window that pops up or right click and choose remove so that you can re-spend the coins.

that is the only other case that i can think of where the network doesn't know about the transaction because it was not sent out and your wallet doesn't show any balance because it thinks they were sent out in a transaction that only your wallet holds.

how can a service like ChipMixer use your keys? you don't give them your keys. they are stored on your computer inside your wallet!
and what do you mean by "session" that you deleted?
You've been advertising ChipMixer for a while now, but it seems you have no idea how it works. I think you should at least test it to know what you advertise. In short: ChipMixer gives you private keys, and ChipMixer has a "session" you can delete when you're done.

yeah, it has been so long since i have needed any coins mixed that i've nearly forgotten how it works.

By what OP say he is performed such operations before, but this is first time to encounter such a problem. I never had the need to use watch only wallet, but WO wallet should only have option to import address or master public key of your wallet so transaction/balances can be monitored and private keys are safe in the same time.

It seems to me that something is wrong in this story, since OP is saying he have two more wallet and they are OK, maybe this third wallet is actually created as standard wallet and complete wallet is fake/so hacker is just wait to OP load some coins to steal them.

My assumption is that OP have cold storage wallet and he is aways import private keys from ChipMixer in that wallet, then he is just using watch-only wallet to check balance. This time he created new standard wallet instead watch-only, and if Electrum is false / compromised coins are stolen.

A watch only wallet, by definition, only holds addresses, and no private keys.

My session deleted with the chipmixer, otherwise i can get back my private keys and import again.
I take it you didn't make a backup of your wallet? I'd never trust just one hard drive when it comes to private keys.

I can't wrap my mind around what happened exactly. A balance can show up on a watch only wallet, but it shouldn't disappear without any transactions. Things just don't add up.

are you sure you have actually received any transactions?

this is just my guess but maybe that 0.203 bitcoin that you saw was an unconfirmed transaction that was double spent later on so you never actually received it. or maybe the private key you imported is already compromised and you did receive it but then it was spent by the other person(s) who have the key.

try using a block explorer to verify that the addresses in your wallet actually have a balance.

I checked all address and non of them has coins in it. In the last 24 hours i didn't received and spent anything.
In this case the first or second scenario more possibly?

you say things that don't exactly make any sense. for example:

We talking about the ChipMixer now, i used them many times. Highly trusted, i believe they didn't used my keys. After the private keys was imported to my wallet, i deleted the session.

and did you use a block explorer to check your balance?

Edit: in my transaction history shows no incoming nor outgoing transaction in the last 24 hours.
this is why i said check a block explorer (https://[Suspicious link removed]/en/btc/address/) so that you can be sure if there is anything there or not.

How my private keys can be compromised? The only third party i trusted, who gives the mixed coins as private keys is Chipmixer.

After my private keys was imported i clearly seen 0.203 btc  (1478 eur at the time) until the restart.

Only the "watch-only" wallet has no coin, but the other two wallet has and still have it.

Still, my last imported keys could be compromised, that's the only thing what i can imagine.  Huh
If i seen in my available balance last night, the only way it can be gone if someone else re-used my private-keys?

Thanks in advance

Edit: in my transaction history shows no incoming nor outgoing transaction in the last 24 hours.

 Huh Huh Huh
Wait, what? It's a watch-only wallet?
then, you've possibly made it using (imported) bitcoin addresses and not private keys.
The most possible reason why your bitcoins suddenly disappeared is the person who owns the private keys of those address must have sent them to another wallet.

The third one, shows all transaction history, but no bitcoins.
Can you tell us the Transaction IDs of the third wallet? And tell us which addresses belong to you and the ones that you're not familiar.

This is just to confirm my suspicion (you're a victim of a scam), not a way to recover your funds.

It's green, and i tried all the possibilities. Syncing well i believe.
Updated to 3.2.2 still nothing changed. Copied the walled file and opened an other computer, did nothing.

I rebooted many times, i tried with VPN, and without.
Before, hundred times everything was fine, now i can't understand what's went wrong.
The worts, i deleted those imported private keys after. The other two wallet is fine. Weird.

I can not use the seed option, no password wallet and that option disabled, it's watching only wallet.

 Huh Huh Huh

Can you check the bottom right if its green or red and check your wallet if it syncing well.

Try this some solution reboot your your PC again then reboot our router and modem then open your wallet again and check if your bitcoin is there if still persist you can post the bitcoin address here where you save your  bitcoin.

The other solution if you have the seed phrase you can simply recover it with your seed phrase by going to restore option.
