There are some same problems .... what is your idea guys ? you don't think any response from admins , is a very very very poor action ?
It's not the best, but there is no real solution. The only way to do it would be employ more admins, though that would mean trusting more people with the database and could be catastrophic. It's easier just to not take the risk. Just keep mailing and you will probably get it fixed eventually.

Yeah, this was happening for me as well. I was at the NEM-Stakeholder list und a lot of this accounts have been hacked. I have had a nice 150 Member Account that was related to my blog. Gone.

I know that hackers exist, I put it in quotes due to this:
and hacker ( if exist in my case)

But if exist ( probability of 5%) , he/she can find that unedited post where I posted that address and will edit it .........
I believe that staff can see previous edits to posts, so it wouldn't matter. Though you could also use a service like archive.is to archive the post so we can see it unedited.

Abuse it in what way? The signed message you send should be dated, so if the 'hacker' tries to use it they would have to sign the message with a new date.

Theymos doesn't care enough to change your password. It is none of his business. Why change your pass when he can just permaban you  Grin

Theymos takes a long time to respond. Patience is key here. Honestly, you should just use your new account, prove that you are the old account, and just post with that one, periodically checking back to see if Theymos recovered your account yet.

It is offensive but next time read before you assume. I asked valid questions.  Next time you have a question on content PM me so there is not worthless posts like this.  

Notice I ask if using email registered with?  That will help OP if hes doing that.  It's one more thing to help admins verify him.

OP has not shown a signed message.  I was asking about it as normally people post them in thread as they can be verified in thread.  He said "I did all thing that lorylore and shorena said .........." I was verifying  if he's doing it right as of now we again have not seen  a signed message from known btc address in public, so how can we assume he's doing it right?

His "Any Idea ?" what why i answered with "You wont like  like it but only anwser is sit and wait.  It can take a while."  As he wont like it but he is going to have to wait for Admin it can be timely.   It's not a locked account it is hacked claims OP.  To prove it is hacked and not sold or something else will take more time for a admin I would assume then a simple lockout.  It's literally picking who get's a account between two people.  So admin would have to gather info from both sides I imagine.

Next time feel free to PM me and not waste posts like this on the forum. As you moved topic away from what OP's topic really is.

There is not a set time.  I would email admins maybe twice a week.  If you do it to much it does not help.

Have you sent them a signed message form known BTC address?  Also did you use email that you registered with to send it (yes that helps).

You wont like  like it but only anwser is sit and wait.  It can take a while.

If theymos is ignoring you, the message you're sending him might be the problem.
It's not enough to just claim your account was hacked. You have to prove that you had control of the account in the past and this is usually done by signing a message with a previously and publicly used address.

Follow the instructions from lorylore and shorena but it can take a while for admins to respond. If you can prove you own the account in here people will likely leave negative as a warning in the meantime.

There is no set time. Sometimes it takes a while and sometimes it get sorted fairly quickly but all you can do is wait. There's a backlog of things the admins have to get to and they're very busy and investigating and reinstating hacked accounts isn't a priority (as annoying and frustrating as that may be for you). Just do what shorena suggested and keep trying every week or so.

Disclaimer: the below quote from theymos is reduced to the important part. Theymos made that reply when he was asked about name changes and it might thus not apply here. I do think "form work" was meant as general work which would include restoring accounts.

You should check this thread in Meta subforum Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords

What you should need to do is to sign a message with your old address which you posted here or in any pm and then send all the details as described in the link above to theymos and wait.
