The problem is I mine at f2pool and the wallet has an  old address that is filled with transactions.  I will need to open a new wallet.

I did figure a way to take coins out of it.

Nice to know that u have been able to take the coins out of it. The best practice of using blockchain.info wallet is, always have the paper wallet downloaded from their dashboard link. So, even if blockchain.info goes down, you'll have your private key to swipe the coins out of your address...

If you have more than one address attached to your wallet, it might take some time and blockchain always works very slowly in terms of loading. It shouldn't take more than 1-2 minutes though.

yeah it used to be the case, but The wallet has 3 addresses it is old and 2 of the addresses have thousands of transactions.
I must be reaching a memory limit of some type.  I can withdraw from the wallet as it reads loading transactions it is allowing me to withdraw from the address.

I pulled just about all funds from it.   It was a lot of tx ids like this

every time I get paid from f2pool I would get a big tx id like above. I have lots like the one above

Does it happen always? I've seen that problem but only twice, I just tried again and it was solved.
Do you have a lot of addresses? Maybe that's why it times out.
If you keep having problems you'll need to export your wallet to a desktop one. I think it's quite easy to move it to Multibit.

you should contact to blockchain.info support.
https://blockchain.info/tr/wallet/support-pages

if you have an urgent need to use your bitcoins, you can import your private key to bitcoin core. (not sure blockchain.info gives you that)
