I sent BTC to my Bitfloor account before I realized they stopped trading. It never showed up, but Bitinstant brought to my attention that the money did successfully deposit to my account. AND Bitfloor has yet to respond to my three emails and tweet at them. Anyone had this happen?

The first transaction is Bitinstant -> my Bitfloor account. The second transaction that sent the BTC to two separate addresses was NOT INITIATED BY ME. And the transaction doesn't even appear on my Bitfloor account home page. And it appears that the transaction occurred in Moscow... I am in US. My email address is a string of 20 random alphanumeric characters so it is highly unlikely that I was hacked. Something else is going on here.

Bitfloor, if you're reading, reach out to me ASAP. This is not OK. Forum members, any advise?
