You don't have to argue he doesn't need the accelerator anymore or any RBF/CPFP because the transaction is already confirmed 3 hours ago.

It was because of fee drop and touch to 3 sat/byte as recommended fee recently.

Trying to lowball fees seems to end up a lot more costly in a lot of cases Undecided
Only if you use low fees when you're in an "urgent emergency". I've saved a lot on fees by setting low them when appropriate.
The least you could do is enable RBF, so you can bump the fee if it takes too long.

I don't see this transaction being confirmed any time soon. CPFP would be possible, but I suspect they don't control the output address, and the person who does control it doesn't care enough to perform it themselves (otherwise, they already would have Tongue)
He is sending it to Remitano (a custodial wallet with exchange function). That was why I had to post like that. The transaction did not support replace-by-fee, child-pay-for-parent is also not possible. The only possible option I know that is left is to make use of paid acceleratator, paid ViaBTC acceleratator is demanding for approximately $80.65 for the transaction, I did not check other paid acceleratator, but the fee will also be as high as that of ViaBTC.

If Drazdruz can wait, the mempool will become less congested, but it might be long, the transaction will one day be confirmed,
"might be long"? It is definitely going to be a long wait... their transaction fee was 3 sats/vbyte... and their transaction is currently ~40megs from the tip. Undecided

OP still have an option to pay for acceleration via   viabtc service.
Yes, very possible to make use of ViaBTC paid acceleratator, other piad acceleratator can also be used which are effective, but the fee that will be demanded for paid acceleratation can be too high. With the transaction above, ViaBTC is demanding for approximately $80, I think that amount as fee is too much. If Drazdruz can wait, the mempool will become less congested, but it might be long, the transaction will one day be confirmed, but if he/she wants the transaction to be confirmed early, he can pay approximately $80 to ViaBTC paid acceleratator.

If you don't have control from receiving address to do CPFP there is no other way to accelerate the transaction unless if you are going to pay on ViaBTC accelerator

Or if there is someone here who mining on F2Pool can take your transaction and submit the transaction on F2pool PushTX for free.

Or wait for 1 more day it seems that the Mempool weight is slowly dropping so maybe tomorrow the fee rate will drop back to 1sat/byte.

The feerate suggested by mempool space for a high priority transaction has dropped from ~40 sat/vb to ~25 sat/vb just in the last hour and the number of unconfirmed transactions is decreasing. I would just wait if I were you.
Since the transaction can't be replaced and you don't own the receiving address' private key, there isn't much you can do from your end other than using a paid transaction accelerator (viabtc) or contacting the exchange's customer support and see if they are willing to help.

actually i was send the amount from my blockchain wallet to Remmittano exchange what about it , any solution ?
Remitano is a custodial wallet, you can not be able to use CPFP as you do not have the private key to the address, Remitano has it. You will need to wait until it go confirmed on it own. The transaction also not support replace-by-fee.

I will try to accelerate it with my Viabtc account for you.
Hopefully it will be included in their next block.
The transaction fee is 3 sat/byte, you will be able to make use of ViaBTC free acceleratator only if a minimum fee of 10 sat/byte is used, which means you can not use viaBTC to accelerate it. Also, it is not necessary to have an account on ViaBTC before you can make use of the free accelerator, having an account is required if you want to make use of ViaBTC paid acceleratator.

Please help me Accelerate my btc transaction

I tried to accelerate your transaction but you used very low fee, and minimum in your case should be 11 sat/vB not 3 sat/vB like you used.
You also didn't use Replace-by-fee and only thing you can do now is to wait for weekend when fees are usually much lower, so in future you should switch to Electrum wallet with bc1 segwit addresses, and always check out mempool before sending Bitcoin.

Your transaction fee is too low and as it hasn't been flagged as RBF, you can't increase the fee.

Do you have control over the receiving address?
If you own the receiving address and it belongs to a non-custodial wallet, you can implement CPFP (Child Pay For Parent) method.
In this method, you should spend the output of the unconfirmed transaction with a high fee, so it makes both transactions confirmed in a same block.

If you don't have control over the receiving address, there's nothing you can do other than wait.
