After getting a little deeper in understood that P2SH transactions are bigger in size that P2PKH

Any way to get around that without giving up my 2FA wallet?
No. The other way would be to use a service that offers 2FA for your account (and not the address itself). But this would means that you (probably) wouldn't control your keys.

Hello,

Almost all my TXs have relatively large size compared to their similar ones.

Take this as an example, that should be the slimmest TX in size as it has only 1 input and only 1 output.

This one is 339 Bytes similar TXs should be like 192 or so.

A second one with 1 input and 2 outputs has a size of 372, similar ones are 226 bytes

What is actually the reason behind this? I am running electrum
