I would like to know the amount involved that was converted to tokens and gambled away. I think there is a flaw in their security system because from what I have read, there is a notification because there is situation of wanting to send to an external address but nothing when its being converted to tokens. I also know other exchange sites have this form of voucher which can be raised on different accounts on the platform and when redeemed the owner of where the voucher originated from is not notified or his confirmation gotten before the transaction is finalized which could make hacking a successful one.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about it as it has been gambled already while they won't admit that you account was compromised because of PR issues. There is a lesson to be learnt though and that is never trust this exchange sites with your fund so far its something that would disturb you if lost. No matter how small.

Exactly what @LTU_btc said. What if your account was never hacked and you just gambled away all your coins? If you win, you get a lot of free coins which you can withdrawal. But if you lose, you have an excuse for losing and hope that Coinpot is willing to recover your coins. Basically gambling without risking your coins.

Of course I'm not saying that you did that. But Coinpot can't assure this didn't happen.

I think there should be log of mails sent to customers if coinpot would respond this could be a defence on their part but other than that, its possible his account was compromised.

The amount was as follows:
Conversion from 0.00318397 btc (318397 Satoshi) to 260894 coinpot tokens
No emails were sent to me upon conversion or gambling

I think Coinpot should have sent me email for confirmation, shouldn't they ?
First, stop with the giant texts.

Second, do you really think they should send you an email confirmation every time you press the "bet" button? When people go play dice HI/LO, they do it multiple times. You can't expect them to spam 20 emails to someone while they are trying to bet. No online casino does that. You also said in your thread that they sent you an email to confirm the withdrawal. So yes, they did sent an email.

Unfortunately, you can't do anything. Your money was gambled and there are no chances that Coinpot will restore it. And it's impossible to reach Coinpot support.
What you can do now? I would recommend to change your password and set 2FA to prevent account hacks in future.

Yesterday 19/5/2018, I received an email from coinpot support asking for permission to withdraw 0.0001 BTC from my account, which I did not order or even know about

This is the email I received:
We have received a request to withdraw 0.0001 btc from your CoinPot account to 37zrHuW1Nr1EMxszqcCmFBRgSsSNDos4wJ.
To confirm this withdrawal please click on the following confirmation link...

Ofcourse, I refused the transaction then logged to my account surprisingly found out that my botcoin core wallet is empty
Viewing the history of transactions, I found that my bitcoin core deposits has been converted to coinpot tokens on   19/5/2018 and gambled with my tokens many times until it is vanished

I emailed coinpot support many times , with no response
What should I do ?
