Topic: My deposit on Bitcoin24 vanished (Read 547 times)
OK, seems i jumped the gun. The funds now appeared @ BTC24. However it took around 18 hours for the deposit to complete. And about 10 hours after having >6 confirmations on the network. So that still seems a bit slow.
So i deposited BTC to Bitcoin24. My first deposit worked fine, my second deposit seems to have vanished.
The address on blockchain shows the transaction is verified, but it also shows that my balance has been booked to another account?

Since the address is only generated by Bitcoin24 for depositing, i am unable to book it to another account, so did they do that? Is that normal?
My balance remains 0.00 BTC @ Bitcoin24. I transferred the coins over 12 hours ago.
Any idea what is going on?
