Self-proclaimed Genius
Been like this for a month now and no way to contact Electrum.
I wonder how OP was able to cancel the transaction (double-spend) after a month.
-snip-
I bet he clicked "remove" since the transaction should be a "local transaction" by now
because the txn will be marked as local transaction if the selected server can't find it from its mempool.

He didn't indicated which button he used either, he just said "using right click".

Been like this for a month now and no way to contact Electrum.
I wonder how OP was able to cancel the transaction (double-spend) after a month.
In the past month, the mempool has been emptied many times and it's impossible that a transaction hasn't been confirmed.

0. Update your Electrum to at least 4.0.9 if you haven't already because the Double Spend feature was added in that version.
The cancel transaction feature (double-spend) was added in the version 4.0.4.

I'll let someone else explain the steps since I believe the new version added a "cancel" button and I haven't tested it. My alternative method would be complicated.

For future reference:

0. Update your Electrum to at least 4.0.4 if you haven't already because the Double Spend feature was added in that version.
1. Go to the History tab and right-click on the stuck transaction
2. Select "Cancel (Double Spend)
3. This will open the familiar "Transaction" dialog that you see when you create a transaction. In this case, adjust the fee slider at the bottom left to be at least 1.5x higher than the current fee.
4. Then follow the normal procedure for making a new transaction: Click on "Sign" and enter your password if prompted, then click "Broadcast" to replace the higher-fee transaction with the older one.

I do not know how to confirm it, I lost my seed and I don't have it on authenticator
Is your wallet a "[2fa]" wallet? Is that what it says in the title bar next to the wallet name? Like this:

If it says [2fa], you will not be able to get the correct seed out of the app... as you have a 2 Factor Authentication wallet... and only 1 out of 3 master private keys is stored in the wallet file. Undecided

If you don't have the actual seed written down somewhere, you won't be able to recover the wallet. At best, you could create a new transaction and send funds out... but that would require that you have the Google Authenticator code setup.

If it doesn't say "[2fa]"... what does it say? "[standard]" or "[imported]"? Huh

Ok it worked.
Good. You can send the transaction again using tx fee calculator so it won't stuck again.

I was able to cancel using right click. Tho I don't know how to get my seed back. and sorry for sounding stupid, but what is tx?
You did not sound stupid, every newbie was once like you before they understand how the system works.
To get the wallet seed, check the below image, and mind you don't expose the seeds or private keys to the wallet and don't save in an online device.

In Electrum, right click on your transaction and then select View transaction. You will be able to see the transaction ID (TxID) at the top of the newly opened window.
If you don't care about the privacy of your wallet, you can share the TxID publicly so we can see what exactly happened to that transaction and where are your funds.

As a side note, Electrum developers cannot assist you in a situation like this because it's out of their hands. I believe it's best that they referred you to this forum since any other support would require access to your wallet.

but what is tx?
do you mean TxID? transaction ID. it is like a receipt/Identification for the transaction(sending funds to another wallet) you made on bitcoin.

Tho I don't know how to get my seed back.
have you tried following the instruction given by pooya87? the post he made is just two posts above yours.

How do I get my bitcoin back or cancel this transfer to Netcoin wallet? Been like this for a month now and no way to contact Electrum. They just send me to this forum instead. Talk about lazy...
If electrum wallet says a transaction is 'paid' it means the transaction is sent but that does not mean it is confirmed.
To cancel a transaction on an electrum wallet is easy and all have to do is right on the transaction (you will see the option) but for the wallet seeds, follow the above direction.

Netcoins is a wallet. I was transferring my bitcoin to a different wallet/ Its installed on my Macbook Air. I am Electrum 4.1.5
Sadly the seed is lost. How long does it take for it to drop? This is the desktop version. You say I can cancel tho am not sure how to do it.
1. If you have Electrum installed, don't worry. You have access to your fund, you can get your seed key too (I need to check on my wallet, just forgot how to get it.
2. If Netcoin is your wallet, no worries again.

Don't panic if both above is true.
Is your tx has RBF enabled? If you don’t know what's that, can you please share the tx link if no issue is there with privacy?

If you sent that transaction from your Electrum wallet that means your wallet is either not-encrypted or you have the encryption password. In which case you should simply click on the seed icon at the bottom right corner of the Electrum window or from menu select Wallet > Seed to get your seed phrase.

As for canceling, you can not cancel a transaction when it is broadcast and nodes accepted it as valid. It can remain valid until the end of the world in different node's mempool until it either becomes invalid (double spent) or confirmed.
What you should do (if you don't want it to ever reach the current destination) is to double spend these coins. If the transaction was marked as RBF (default behavior on Electrum) your work should be simpler.

I'm not sure what exactly happen with you. Can you please elaborate more? What's that Netcoin? Is it an exchange?
If you don’t have the seed key from electrum, and the wallet isn't installed on any of your device, I think you are messed.
If the tx is unconfirmed till now, it's likely that it will never be confirmed and drop. So, if you have access to the wallet, no worries. You will get your fund back. Depending on electrum version, you can even cancel (double spend) the tx.
Can you please share more data? Do you have your wallet installed on any device? Which version are you using? Is it mobile or desktop version?
