Wow, thank you so much for a very fast answer. Electrum 3.2.3. windows OS. So I guess I should just now download and update the wallet. I did not want to anything before I am sure what to do exactly, in order to avoid bigger troubles.
Try updating it to the latest version (3.3.4). Older versions can't connect to the servers anymore.

Warning: Electrum versions older than 3.3 can no longer connect to public servers, and must be upgraded. This is in order to prevent user exposure to phishing messages. Do not download Electrum from any another source than electrum.org.

will my bitcoin which I bought appear after I update the wallet and synchronizing finally finishes.
Yes. If the issue is the wallet not synchronizing, the coins are there. You just can't see/spend them.

Which version of Electrum are you using?
What's your OS?

Hello, I did not use my electrum wallet for a long time and also I did not update it. When I opened it was synchronizing and I did not pay too much attention to it, so i just went and I bought some bitcoin. When transaction finished it was written that it might take up to two minutes until it appears in the wallet. So time passed and it did not appear, because on the place where amount of bitcoin should be written it was still written synchronizing. And it is still stuck like that, now I do not know what to do. Should I update it and what exactly should I do, and will my bitcoin which I bought appear after I update the wallet and synchronizing finally finishes.

It seems you've chosen the wrong option when attempting to restore from seed. You can begin the wallet creation process again on android by tapping the 3 dots in the top right corner of the electrum app, choosing 'wallets', then 'new', enter a name for the new wallet file and click 'ok'. Then choose 'standard wallet' and then 'i already have a seed'. if you choose the import private key options you will go down the wrong path.

^Thanks for giving me the right guide, now successfully login my electrum on android too, little bit of confusion with create new wallet with seed and importing wallet with recovery seed but now everything is okay.

Thank you @nc50lc for detailed version of how to get the master key. Smiley

I downloaded the official electrum android wallet and select the import wallet from recovery seed from the given option but on the next window I can't be able to write the recovey seed but when I copy past it still there is no next button option available.

All I can do is create read only mode of my existing desktop wallet on android.
That means that the SEED that you've copied is invalid, it's either your seed wasn't created by Electrum (was it an imported BIP39 SEED?) or there's a typo.

If if is a BIP39 SEED, you need to import the Master Private key of your Desktop Electrum because Android version doesn't have an option to enable checksum for BIP39 SEEDs.
You can get the master private key from the desktop wallet by typing:
Code:
wallet.keystore.get_master_private_key('ENTER-YOUR-PASSPHRASE')
to Electrum's console tab (View->Show Console).
Take note that by doing this, your passphrase will be logged to electrum's log which can be accessed by a hacker if your system is vulnerable.

Alternatively, (must be offline) you can create a temporary no passphrase wallet using the same seed and open it using a text editor like notepad;
Then search (CTRL+F) for xprv or zprv in the search box, that's your master private key.
After copying, delete the temporary wallet.

In this case, I have no idea how it's to be done. I never needed to use a wallet from my phone. Always felt it unsafe. I hope someone else who used a mobile version before can assist you here.

Good luck :-)

One more,is it possible to import my wallet on android electrum too?
Once you have the seed then it should be possible. I have not used android version though but it should be the basic. You can try with a new wallet.

Create a new wallet in Electrum desktop and then use the seed to test it in your android.

Where did you download the Electrum wallet? Make sure that you download it from electrum.org and also make sure that you install the recent electrum version. The latest version is Electrum-3.3.4 below 3.3.3 is no longer connected to servers so if you have this version you will always experience synchronization issue.

Can you share your transaction ID so that we can check if the transaction is not yet confirmed or not yet sent to the network?

Let me also know if what wallet you use when sending $10 to your Electrum?

Beware on fake Electrum
Ohh my bad,I was downloaded an older version though, now updated to 3.3.4 and now my wallet balance shows up.

Thanks everyone for helping to resolve this issue.

Be sure as well that you have sent bitcoin in the correct address if everything mentioned above is okay. Some people were complaining about a copy/paste scam attempt. Your copy paste address can be changed.

Note:My interent connection is good.

Assuming your transaction was successfully sent, then it's possible your internet connection is not 'friendly' to Electrum. Try using VPN or proxy and connects your Electrum again. Make sure there's no firewall blocking your Electrum internet access.

First check the address where you've deposited the bitcoins in an online blockexplorer like live.blockcypher.com.
If it has a balance, you're safe.

Next, it's a new PC so it's a freshly-installed Electrum.
If the connection indicator (Lower-right circle icon) is green, you're connected to a server.
Keep your Electrum open for about 20min-1hr depending on your internet speed to fully download the block_headers (44mb+) file.
That's it.

Also, your electrum must be V3.3.0 or above since old version wont be able to connect to any "good" servers anymore.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
What does it say at the bottom of the electrum window? On the bottom left does it say "synchronising" or "not connected"?

Did you ask it to pick a network to connect to each time it starts up or did you click autoconnect?

Check the download logs of your browser to see what the download came from (or check your history to ensure its definitely electrum.org).
