I went and looked at the pending tx's and it looks like 70%+ are kitties on the recent pending listing on etherscan.

these cats need a sidechain.

The clog on the network has been reported to have come from the CryptoKitties game and there are more other pending transactions which can be seen here https://etherscan.io/txsPending. Hope eth devs can address this issue

I would suggest setting a higher fee to avoid been caught up in this clog, atleast above 40 gwei
