the Facebook will definitely guide you to get recovery of your account if you are made mistake are it from the side of the Facebook otherwise you both don't know about the lock in your account then there will be other person involving in that this situation will not be helpful for you otherwise everything is clear by them with their instruction.

Hello

If you facebook got locked, you will need to contact facebook support, then you will be given a few options on how to get it unlocked depending on the magnitude of the offense committed.

On a worse case senerio, you might be asked for ID card or passport validation to help through the process

If your case is a case that dipict the use of facebook for racical act or terrorism, then there is no way the ban will be uplifted, you did have to open a new account possibly with a new name as facebook is in the habit of re-banning accounts which has similar names to previously banned accounts.

As much money as these companies make, their customer service is completely terrible. Can't even speak to a human , it is ridiculous. Got my account locked before and still can't get it unlocked.

Facebook may lock your accounts for following reasons:

1.For posting abusive contents.
2.Using fake details of some other persons.
3.Constantly spamming.
4.Mass reports against your account.

Never had an issue,maybe you are using your Facebook account wrongly that’s why it was been locked,because nothing in that same way happens to my friends so far.and just now that I’ve heard something like that what you’ve faced.maybe better create a new one and make sure to use it rightfully this time

I've never had the problem on facebook but my twitter account was locked and then suspended a few months ago, no chance of speaking with a human and the only response I've gotten has been an automated one and placed in limbo in some queue. Hopefully you'll get it straightened out but on the bright side, the universe is probably doing you a favor.

Once your account blocked then it is hard to to recover it many of my friends didn't even recover after providing all the identification details you must be lucky if you got and I am one of them.most of the time accounts get blocked when someone reported it with appropriate comments not just for the login from different location.

Facebook provides different kind of recovery methods when they lock your accounts like messages to your your mobile number and verifying any government ideas which worked for me when they block my account for some reasons. If you are not having any pictures of you on your Facebook account then it is impossible to recover it even by providing the right amount of government IDs.

It happens when you are using a vpn, it happens to me but you are given options to recover but one good option is to identify pictures and profile of people on your friend's list, you have three try to do that, if you are familiar with your friends then you can easily pass this one, so it's always recommended to add only people that you know, in case these things happen.

I never encounter that scenario buddy but I think your facebook account was hacked because even you verified your account using your cellphone number you can't retrieve because possible the hacker change the cellphone number, try to use your email to retrieve your acount.

I think I lost two Facebook accounts years ago due to being suspected of doing things against the TOS of the site. At that time, the site usually ask the owner to guess who is the owner of pictures presented which kinda difficult for me to accomplish. Later, I did not encounter the same problem with Facebook even if I am using at least two accounts actively. Sometimes Facebook can be difficult to dealt with. I am hoping that you will eventually get back your locked account soon.

I also got same problem with you I tried to log in using UC web browser then when I log in facebook say that someone trying to log in to my account in that case facebook locked my account so I try to recover my facebook account by using forget password then facebook email to my yahoo account to recover it but its take an hours to get back my facebook because you need to fill up your identity like photos in the recent facebook.
