A very interesting assembly of a mining farm.
Why put such a gasket under the motherboard?
This gasket burns very well.
Why use a motherboard like this with a lot of memory and 2 processors?
If I had made farms like that, then noverno would be ruined.

Good question, a 1200 watts is enough for all the 5 graphic cards and also if you want to buy risers it's best to buy #009 risers, they are available on Amazon I believe, there are others like 007,006 but the 009 is far more stronger and reliable, all the best

you mean this ??
https://www.amazon.ae/Riser-Risers-to16x-Cable-Supply/dp/B08NTLGCVH/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=%23009+risers&qid=1614200277&sr=8-1

10$ each ??...
If you're not in a rush, the best place to buy risers is from TISHRIC factory store on Aliexpress. They usually arrive in a couple weeks to the US.

Hi guys,

decided on 2x 3070s and 3x 3060 Ti,

total 5x Cards on a single rig (the 3070s are already purchased so cant cancel them now...)

I know the 3060Ti performs the same for 100$ less or so,,,

but what's done is done Smiley

i need some advise now where to get the best risers and what PSU is needed to power those cards??....

am on a server board, CPU, RAM available, is 1200w PSU gonna be enough for those 5x cards ?...

And How to go with installaing nvidia drivers for two different cards on the same OS (Windows and gonna use nicehash for starters...) ??...

thanks,
use 009s with 2 led indicator 3.3v and 12v for easy troubleshouting and for psu antec high current pro platinum 1300w is the best for price and dont use pcie splliter for this psu

just buy another pcie cable if not enough, for driver is the same nvidia so no need additional method to install,

thanks,
Install all the graphic cards first and install a nvidia driver, it will automatically detect all the GPUS unless they aren't nvidia cards only, for a starter Nicehash is the answer, just by clicking a start button you will start earning in no time

will having a 1080 Ti on that same Windows rig work with the 3060 Ti(s) or that will cause issues ??...

thanks,

Download the latest drivers for RTX 3060ti. This driverpack should contain drivers for the RTX 3070s.
1200 watts is enough, the main thing is that your power supply has enough connectors to power video cards and raisers.
RTX 3070s may perform better on other algorithms when compared to RTX 3060

ok weird question, now i got a single 1080 Ti on my desktop PC, can i hook up the 3060 Ti as well or drivers for the 1080 and the 3060s wont work together on the same PC (Windows) ?..

thanks,

Is it real?  I can't use RTX 3060 for mining?

Thank you.

is this sh*t even related to the 3060 Ti ?!?!?....

Yes and no....

You can't mine Ethereum but other algorithms seem to be okay.

I am running 5 of those cards on a single 850w Seasonic PSU without any issues. Each card takes 120w so the draw from the wall is around 670w give or take.

If the 2x 3070 vs 3x 3060ti cost same amount then I would go for the rtx3060ti, the hashrate is near same thing and with 3x rtx3060ti you will get higher hashrate, higher hashrate means better ROI in a short time
