Just joined this forum today. This is my first post. I'm not new to crypto. But definitely new here. If you have any advice or tips you can share please post or PM me.

There's a lot of spam on this forum, normally you can tell who's doing what by their signature, but they all post for money. Pretty much ignore those people and you're golden.

Ya know that movie idiocracy? Where people get paid for saying things, it's like that dude that says "Carl's Jr.".

Fucking movie predicted this shit.

Advice or tips with what specifically?

1. If you're really genuinely interested in learning more, then study. A LOT. https://coindesk.com/information
2. If you're here because a friend of yours told you that you can earn money here, you better go elsewhere.

Even If you are not new to crypto as you state, be advised that the more you keep out in the open (on posts), the better. You need to be wary with PMs, since some scammers may try to take you aside on a face-to-face dialog, away from people’s sight. Obviously when you know your way around you can discern one type of contact from the other. Tips are best place in public for the general benefit of all.

The solution for learning about crypto or learning about this forum is to read more, ask less, search for threads about this forum and read the bitcointalk.org forum history but most important thing that you must remember or you must do is not violating any of the forum rules then you'll be fine. Since, you mention that you are not new to crypto but new to this forum then first thing to read the threads that mastery posted.

Welcome to the forum. I'm also new here. I registered my account on June 15, but I spent first two weeks reading forum rules and stuff. Even until now, I'm still spending most time reading. My little advice to you is that you should read all sticky posts first, such as:

One more thing, the forum is intended for open and constructive discussions, so one should be aware put some effort in his post. This guideline may help on this:

There are many more worth reading posts/topics for new comers but above are some most basic topics. Spend time looking around the forum and you'll find out for yourself. Stay active and contributive.

No need to create thread for saying about your existence, make people to know by contributing to this forum.

Anyway avoid plagiarism or you will get banned and don't spam which also will result into banning.
