The 90's called, they want their forum back.
I think you should try and find some free forum software that works out of the box, because whatever you're using isn't very appealing.
I don't know where all this info is, but I didn't see a single thread.
If you make a nice forum, produce some quality posts, maybe get a discussion going, you'll find that the visitors will come on their own with little need to market it.
