Round 1 to 5 sound more like step by step ICO price most of the scamcoins do these days. I think this would still be considered as scam/ponzi and more likely the MLM program. I don't think your idea will work. It seem not sustainable as with every increase in round you need new players/users with more money which is quite hard with whatever you do.

Contrary to your belief its not the newbie that is being accused of scam but what he/she is promoting because thats what HYIPs are. They are scams and wont want anything to do with them for whatever reasons... Checked your linked and can even grab anything more explanation will be needed...
