Unless you're flooding the forum with tons of traffic, you will not be banned from connecting to the web server and reading the forum.
What does it say when you try connect, or is the site just not loading on your comp?
It isn't loading. Mod said "it's most likely due to your ISP giving you an IP that was previously banned. resetting your modem should get you a new ip and resolve the ban."
But actually I want to be sure that I've done nothing wrong regarding to the rules of bitcointalk.
