I got "temporarily disabled account" message after few 5XX errors.

As I can see they don't want to reply at all.
I have a TIER 3 verification.
I'm a user since 2014.
I have a lot of successful transaction.
I've sent them a few emails and they don't want to do anything.

What's going on with them? Are they dying?
