You don't need to create a multiple thread for same topic since your first thread is still not flooded. You must collect all merit abuser in single thread so that it was easy to follow and I already saw same thread with this one a month ago and I think it is better to merge this there just like the thread of "Known Alt Account". But you are doing good job for fighting trust abuser. Keep it up.
For the OP, I really dont get the purpose of putting "Found in only 1 hour" in the title. 
Im really surprised that in 2months of merit system they still dont find out that they are reported on what they are doing, or maybe they dont know that everyone can see the recent merits of the community.
Cheaters are too much busy thinking on how they can cheat with this new merits system and not noticing that this is a trap.
It is sad that merit system was introduced to get rid of the spammers but instead it created a whole new breed of spammers. They don't even try to hide themselves. :/
No, the system dont create new breeds of spammers I have caught many alts and all of them are already residents here they are just creating new accounts to distribute their merit and this is also one of the purpose of the system to catch those cheaters.Im really surprised that in 2months of merit system they still dont find out that they are reported on what they are doing, or maybe they dont know that everyone can see the recent merits of the community.

They used to mass farm accounts and now they are farming merits too. Just report them so they can get banned. Forum mods are very good at banning cheaters. I see only option for reporting posts here. Where is the option to report a member if we feel he is doing spam here ? Do we have to send a pm for this ?
I guess if you find a member doing a spam posts, the only option for you is to click the report to moderator button on their post first and then let the moderators do their job. By reporting the spammer posts, moderator will look to the case of spamming member if that member's post is reported by a lot of people. It is not your job to decide it is a spam or not, we only can help moderators by pointing out them to the "spammy post".

Hey man I think is better if everyone post on the same 3D there a ton of users are reported and waiting for the TAG.
