Currently there aren't any ASICs built for litecoin mining. The ASICs that are available work only for Bitcoin mining. As for maximizing your hashing speed on your GPU, it takes a bit of tweaking and settings adjustment.

This wiki has some information:

GUIMiner Scrypt has some presets that are pretty good and usually are more efficient that defaults. My guide on Litecoin mining has a description/download link:

I'm also wondering if I can use an ASIC Miner to mine litecoins.  So far, I have not been able to find information on this question.
ok i found the answer to this question

lite coin mining with asic miners is inherently difficult because of memory requirements

So I'm currently getting around 190 KH/s but I saw in this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.3608868 that user nonny12 is getting around 50 more KH/s than I am.

I notice that he has a very slight overclock compared to me but does that really warrant that much of a boost in performance?

I think he's using some different flags as I am using no flags at all.  I want to ask him about what flags he's using in his launch.bat but I'm a newbie and I can't post outside the newbie forums.  If someone can refer nonny12 to this thread, I would greatly appreciate it.
