I have always had my doubts of going back to use their mining platforms after i lost my mining shares they credited to my account but no biggie, and if these HACKs keep going on we might see a drop in cryptomining soon hope minergate takes these complaints seriously and work on developing a robust system

Looks like there's been a lot of people who are claiming the same thing recently. Could it be that minergate are the ones withdrawing? I find it hard to believe that all the accounts have been compromised through sheer guessing the password.

Thats my thought. Its (nearly) impossible to guess my PW because i use a combination of my password and the Servicename in it in a complex combination… Its very fishy

DONT USE MINERGATE!!!!!!!!!!! I got an unauthorized withdraw as well. Wrote the support and they replied that my password must be stolen. This is nearly impossible. I use an extra password for every service i use online. So i think that Minergate itself or a Minergate employee stole my coins… DONT DONT DONT USE MINERGATE!!!!

If you had enabled 2FA in a safe computer before your account being hacked it means that something fishy is going on in a program many are starting to complain. Best is to contact their support. 2FA can only be bypassed if the attacker has physical access to your PC , he can find the secret code needed to disable 2FA without having the phone or google authenticator.

The best way is to contact Minergate about this matter and kindly ask them to improve their security system. It is not your fault, it is Minergates fault. Some sites do not have a brute-force or any other protection, therefore something like this happens.  If they are unable to provide a good security, even though you enabled 2FA, there is something fishy.

All I had is stolen.
The system logs show the hacker could change or disable authentication.
What we could do when Minergate let them!!!!!!
