So I've been in these forums before just reading through things, but I never bothered to register an account or even post. I just wrote a utility that I have running on all my machines throughout the house that I called IdleMiner. It's a simple little C# utility that wraps poclbm and makes it easy to configure, and will also only mine when the machine has been idle for so long (which is perfect for my wife's machine because she feels it's "slow" when it's mining).
All source code is available and I'd be more than happy to get some suggestions from the community.
