Thanks for the reply. Looks like there are a few us then who have MIR on Kucoin and cant transfer the funds. This is a sham of course to everyday folk like ourselves, who try to make a few quid here and there and are taken advantage of and then ripped off. Like you said, all we can do is try and make some noise on social media about them. I for one wont use their platform again and now remove all my other coins from the site.

I could only find one more related case to this Mirror Protocol (MIR) held "hostage" on KuCoin and it also uses almost the exact same words as yours.

There's really nothing more you can do. Exchanges, can do this cause you give them the access to by keeping "hundreds of dollars" on their wallet which they allow you to access when the want and how they want.

Try creating some noise on social media and hope the threat to their reputation would be enough to convince them to give the case more attention. Their reputation is not so good, so don't get your hopes too high.

Hi, I have tried many times over the weeks to remove my MIR which I was notified by email a few weeks ago, was to be removed from the Kucoin Platform. I have tried several times but to no avail. I know other people I have spoken to have also experienced this issue. Basically, my MIR is now held "Hostage" on the Kucoin platform, with no way to remove it as I have tried many times. The help support are hopeless and not helpful at all. they just keep saying that the only network one can remove the coin is through LUNC, but its not at all possible (It appears to me that they have done this on purpose). I have tried over 5 different platforms now to try and move the MIR onto, but the only protocol other platforms use is ERC20 which of course is the Etherium network protocol, and no one uses LUNC or wont accept it!!. So basically Kucoin are trying to steel my MIR, as I have only until April to remove it from the site. Has anyone else also experienced this issue, and if so, were they at all successful in removing their MIR? I am not very happy with Kucoin, and if I lose my hundreds of dollars worth of MIR, I will never use this platform ever again! Or recommend it to anyone!

A very concerned Crypto investor.
