It shows the same amount you are describing if you check the estimated BTC transacted you will see that after fee deducted the change has returned to your own wallet, let your phone wallet app open to sync with server.
You should see the final balance of your wallet, there are other payments to one of those addresses with dozens of outputs and funny they only pay 0.54 sat/b I'll be damned if I knew we could have half a satoshi a transaction with 19KB size only is paying 0.0001 as fee I wish you good luck to receive any confirmation on that.
Only if I could buy and sell altcoins @0.5 sat price then I'd be rich by now dumping on newbies for 1 sat price after buying with 0.5 sat Cheesy

No, in blockchain, there is an algorithm, which if you initiate an transaction, the rest funds will go to new address.

That is blockchain security, since you sent funds to an address, rest funds went into your new address which is created in blockchain automatically.

So do not worry, your balance is always safe.

This is not a feature or an algorithm. It's about inputs and outputs. Your wallet does the job itself, if you decide to make a raw transaction and then use some inputs and leave an output of X BTC while the total sum of inputs was Y. Then, no one's gonna help you recover the remaining (Y - X) funds. They would be sent as miner fees. In these cases, you need to generate a change address to receive the remaining amount back in the 2nd output back to your wallet.

I had same issue  which you have now . I sent to blockchain support a ticket and they solved my issue . I was verry scarred when i saw my money disappeared ( i thought that blockchain is a scamm site ) . But the support apologies and solved my issue

What the actual *** are you talking about ?! ppl aren't there any proper ways to spam your site in a topic saying some non-sense ?!

As for the OP:
I assume 1LiwvQeiRxD7pBVsTNjcA21iLfAhUeSdt4 is one of the addresses in your wallet. This is pretty normal.
It's part of how the bitcoin system works. That checksum couldn't be paid as a whole so it gets divided and the rest returns to one of your addresses.

This is pretty normal behaviour.

The other address (1LiwvQeiRxD7pBVsTNjcA21iLfAhUeSdt4) is the return address which is under your control (or the control of your wallet).

A transaction that can't be payed without dividing the available amounts will always result in a payment and a return of the remaining funds. Nothing to be worried about Wink

So I deposited 0.27BTC in my Blockchain account and then sent 0.04BTC. My phone shows I sent just 0.04BTC while on Blockchain (https://blockchain.info/address/1NfZH73X3jDbX1kcP7Qpwn1UMcDAUcMDMb) it shows I sent ALL the sum I received! Anyone got any idea what happened? My phone app tells me I have 0.817BTC while Blockchain.info shows I got just 0.58459624 BTC..

EDIT: This is the transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx/467719d0711925056d59c7778c7ab039c608f65b532e16a213403aa257796283

I sent the 0.04BTC to 1P45AT2hwtWgT1ZdKAS4v3VRhANbhTAkES but I didn't send 0.23BTC to 1LiwvQeiRxD7pBVsTNjcA21iLfAhUeSdt4.
