Hi, I have now received my money, I am so happy. But I received my bitcoin back although I have sold them to get euro. Thank you all for the support!

Kind regards

Good to hear that your money and Bitcoin were back, is Blockchain support help you to get solved your problem?

If you're going to ask me regarding buying and sell cryptocurrency using Blockchain.com isn't recommended on me IMO.  They're a very buggy website and most all the time it takes time before your Bitcoin will arrive in your wallet.  There are good and legitimate exchanges out there that have quick service upon selling and buying crypto or in Bitcoin.

Also, if you have a Bitcoin dont store in a webwallet, choose a Bitcoin wallet that you have full control over your fund, Electrum is highly recommended.

I think you may lock now your thread, just scroll down this page and find "lock topic" below.

great that it all ended well. To be honest, I had no doubt that it was an attempt at fraud, blockchain.com still had a positive reputation.
I hope you learn the lesson, maybe is time to consider changing the exchange platform. there are many, I will not suggest which to use, but I think many of them are a better choice for trading, with a lot of more possibilities.
certainly, a little investigation that suits you personally the most.

I sold from bitcoin wallet to euro wallet, so it is missing more than 1000 euro. I have checked the bank account, and the money is not there.
Here is the transaction link:

Hi, thank you for the reply!

I think that this verfication is ok, here is a link:

Kind regards

Do you have any credit card from a real bank added to your account profile there? is it possible that you sent that money to a bank account?
Try to find the history log of all transactions, it is not possible for the transaction to disappear without any trace.

it is certainly best to get answers from them directly.

I think you'll be fine, was 24 euros is your real balance?
Your account is now approved, you can trade any time without worries, hopefully.

How about try to trade in an exchange site like Binance?

I think you can get a good trading exchange value.

I believe they've confiscated those funds until you pass their Gold level verification [I could be wrong but signs are pointing to that].

I have sent in all id documents,
Has it been marked as passed or it's still in the pending stage?
- I'm not sure about their current system since I'm no longer one of their users.

Btw, go with their other telegram account [@AskBlockchain] and maybe even mention that you've created a thread about them [someone else mentioned that it might've helped with resolving his/her case].
- I do know it was for a slightly different issue but it's worth a shot.

Good news, I actually got my money today! After having posted this thread here, I sent a link to the thread to their chat support and asked them to show the thread to their PR people. And that was when things started to happen. Could be a conincidence though.

I bought bitcoin today for 20 euro, I want to see when I sell them if it is same problem then, and check the sell options, if I did something wrong when I sold...

Here is a link to my Bitcoin transactions:

How does your transaction history look like if you select "Bitcoin" on the sidebar of your blockchain wallet (shown on your screenshot)?

I have sent in all id documents, I don,t know what KYC is...
That's what KYC is.

1, How long ago did you attempt to sell the Bitcoins
2. Did you use the wallet's swap bitcoin function?
3. Can you generate the Bitcoin wallet address and check it through blockchair.com to see if you address still has any bitcoins in it or has ever had transactions through it.

Hi,
I have sold bitcoin for the first time in my life, using blockchain. After I sold, then my bitcoin disappeared, but I didn't get anything instead. I sold them to get euro. Can someone please help me understand why this happened, have I done something wrong? As you can see in the attached picture link it says canceled and from bitcoin wallet to euros wallet. I can say that it is more than 1000 euro, but the money is not in my euros wallet Cry

How exactly did you sell your Bitcoin, was it with simple trade without order book or by setting order to fill later?
It's unlikely they would take your bitcoin like that, and canceled status means that you or them pressed the cancel button.

Don't remember the last time I used them but for all I know blockchain.com all orders are based on market orders, so this order should have be filled immediately.

Just one question are you able to buy crypto from your account and secondly have you passed KYC

If this isn't resolved yet try contact the blockchain.com support, good luck.

I see your trade was cancelled which means the Bitcoins were never sold. Can you please click on your Bitcoin wallet and check if there is any Bitcoin balance in it? If yes then there is no need to be so worried, just device away or perhaps move your Bitcoin to another much better exchange

Don't expect to receive quick answer from their support, but you can try contacting them on their Twitter and Telegram account.

PS
You may want to take better care when creating screenshots to avoid leaking your FI based IP address :/

Either it is a bug or Blockchain system triggers a flag for your account. Why did you use Blockchain in the first place? Are there no other exchanges in your country that support EUR transactions?

Blockchain is famous for being buggy for years, so that's that. The support will see the transaction since the exchange is done internally, I'm sure they can access their database easily and give your Bitcoin back if they wanted to. You should contact them on other channels such as Twitter or Reddit if you don't receive an e-mail after weeks.

I am also wondering how much the blockchain support can see. Can the support see my transactions? If they don't can see the transactions, how can they help me then?

Yes I know that but I want to know how this is possible, and if someone has heard about something like that before. It is very much money for me, more than 1000 euro. I have contacted the blockchain support and waiting for their help.

Nobody here will help you recover the money if indeed it disappeared except the customer support of blockchain wallet. I would suggest you get Intouch with them and inquire about what happened and how you can recover your money.
