Hello kr4zy,

Sorry you are having trouble with your copy of MultiBit Classic.
Be sure to install the latest version (0.5.19) as things like fee rates have changed over time.

You might want to move your wallet over to blockchain.info (with all the addresses) as that can sometimes sidestep problems.
There is a help file on it here:
https://multibit.org/en/help/v0.5/help_movingAWallet.html

It doesn't take very long so is worth trying.

Did you have a backup of your wallet? (Maybe with all address you use?)

Do you have a transaction ID for the TX in question?
Do you know which payment processor they use? E.g. bitpay?

My best guess currently is that the TX is confirmed and that you need to contact the payment processor they use.

The transaction itself has disappeared from my multibit client after i did my first blockchain and transaction reset. It seems they are using coinbase as their payment processor but without a transaction ID there would be no point in contacting them with no proof.

The funny thing i tried to order the same items 11 days earlier from the uk.webuy.com website and again the payment process timed out after i paid and 11 days later they sent me a full refund in bitcoin.

This time after i paid and it timed out with 1 confirmation when i was trying to view the transaction on blockchain it was given me a transaction not found error.

ive heard something about exporting my private keys to blockchain but not sure what to do.
Can you give us an address?

Below is the bitcoin address i sent the BTC to.
https://blockchain.info/tx/1EpUu8AEPGiZAvYUzezaLeWftWpJgGKqDm

But i did a lookup and it seems it has never sent or received any bitcoin.

Hi could anyone please help me. I am a web designer and accept payment for a lot of things i do with bitcoin. With Christmas coming up I went onto a website called webuy.com to buy my fiancee a PlayStation as a present (I have used it before 3 times and has been great)

Upon adding my items to the basket and hitting checkout it told me to send X amount of BTC to the address stated. Upon paying this, the timer just counted down and said the transaction timed out and I need to pay again.

The transaction in my multibit wallet was showing up as a square (seen by 1 peer) for 3 days so I did a little research and the multibit website says to reset press the reset blockchain and transactions so I did.

The original transaction for £200 has now disappeared from my transaction list and i only have $5 left in my bitcoin wallet.

Is there something I am doing wrong or have I lost all of my bitcoins?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you kr4zy.

Quick edit i have reset the blockchain and transactions 6 times so far and the 6th time my wallet now shows i have 0.25 in my wallet but i still seem to be around 0.5 bitcoin missing.
