What will happen if i save my actual private keys online?

They are available to hackers who want to steal them.

Good luck and no the other two wallets shouldn't effect throne that u just did. You should be fine just be careful. And you should always back up a wallet that has coins in it

My question is do I need to back it up before I have anything in it
You can backup your wallet, before sending bitcoin to it.

does it affect the security of other 2 wallets if I don't back up the 3rd one now?
Nope.

I have just added a new Multibit wallet to the 2 I had previously. I have yet to put any BTC in it. My question is do I need to back it up before I have anything in it or does it affect the security of other 2 wallets if I don't back up the 3rd one now? The 3rd one is just for putting a few pennies in to practice sending and bringing back from my paper wallet.
