If its real account then sure contact the support, if fake then better wait.
It's best to contact their customer service. I think they are the only ones who can help you with this issue.

My PayPal is limited! I cannot pay, receive or withdraw money from it! The email is saying my account is against their rules and may limit my account up to 180 days. What shall I do? Can I get my PayPal function as original after 180 days? Please share with me your experience!

Yes, we need to provide them what ever details they ask. This is the reason I hate paypal.
