It is interesting how short the Aliyev dynasty was, after all Elham is the second dictator to rule over the Iranian territories that were annexed by the Russians not so long ago.

The usurper's time seem to be coming to an end though because of all the red lines he has crossed in recent years. From trying to annex parts of Armenia and block Iran's northern corridor, to cooperation with Takfiri terrorists, Israeli terrorists and of course the oppression of Azari Iranians and Talyshi Iranian minorities in occupied Aran.

In the coming years the Aleef dictatorship will end...

Who Perpetrated the 2014 Ukraine 'Maidan Coup' That Started Ukraine's War?

https://www.lewrockwell.com/2024/10/no_author/who-perpetrated-the-2014-ukraine-maidan-coup-that-started-ukraines-war/
On 22 October 2024, the BBC headlined "The ex-British army chief on why peace with Russia is not possible," and at 5:00 in the podcast he said "We've been there [in Ukraine] since 2014, we've had a presence in Ukraine, we've been working with them, and trying to build up their capability," and then he immediately skipped forward to 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine. He didn't say from what precise date in 2014 was — was it before, or instead only after, the 20 February 2014 coup — that the UK's Army was "working with them, and trying to build up their capability," to use those weapons so as to bring down the democratically elected President of Ukraine, but he went on to say that The West unfortunately "frittered away" "that wonderful unipolar moment" [the UK/U.S Governments' control over the entire world] into "serious competition with the great powers — Russia, China, Iran, North Korea — this Axis [he was saying that this is the modern equivalent of WW2's "Axis" or fascist-imperialist powers], and I think the world is as dangerous as I've known it, in some respects more dangerous than the Cold War, because The System, you know, The International Order, which kind-of kept us safe, that is a period of extraordinary peace and prosperity, has ended … and we've now got these great powers, this Axis of powers, trying to overturn The World Order, and I don't think that peace with Russia is possible." He is saying that unless and until The West will conquer Russia, there wil be war between The West and Russia. "Russia sees itself in existential conflict with The West. Putin's aims are … take over Ukraine, dominate its near east, including parts of Eastern Europe, and dismantle the Euro-Atlantic security order that we enjoy. And so, this isn't a crisis, this is a campaign … and it will go on for decades. … And this is why Ukraine is so important, because if you allow Russia to prevail in Ukraine, if you follow the path we're on at the moment, which is leading inexorably to a Russian victory … then The International Order is unfrayed, so things like sovereignty, territorial integrity, don't matter, war wins, you begin to see the dismantling of The European Order — these are institutions that have been tested by this conflict, and on a practical level, you end up with a bitter and angry Ukraine, a quarter of the world's grain supplies being held by Russia, all of its [Ukraine's] extraordinary military capability and technology — Ukraine is the most heavily armed country in Europe now — falling to Russia, … we should be really clear that the cost of failure is far greater than the price it would take in order to make sure that Ukraine prevails. …

...

The origin of the Deep State goes all the way back to the UK’s Cecil Rhodes in 1877, who in the first draft of his will described his life’s plan in the most explicit way as being to establish upon his death (which was in 1902) a secret society which would retake for the English Empire the United States and use it as the front end battering-ram of the UK/U.S. force that would then take over the entire world. Finally, on 25 July 1945, the naive and manipulable U.S. President Harry Truman (who intensely disliked his immediate predecessor FDR but pretended not to) made the decision to move forward with this mega-empire — on the basis of the advices from both his personal hero General Dwight Eisenhower and Rhodes’s protégé Winston Churchill — to create the world’s first-ever universal empire. It became known as the “military-industrial complex” (actually America’s armaments-manufacturers such as Lockheed Martin) when Eisenhower, who during his two terms of office completed its foundation but then just three days before leaving the White House on 17 January 1960 warned Americans against it so that the blame for it would go to his successors instead of to himself and Truman (and Churchill). Thus was started the Cold War ‘against communism’ but ACTUALLY to take over the entire world — as became clear when communism collapsed but the U.S. regime nonetheless secretly continued its war against Russia itself, even though the Soviet Union and its communism and its Warsaw Pact imitation of America’s NATO military alliance, all collapsed together in 1991. Its continuance after that point PROVED its evilness.

My response to journalist V. Portnikov

Journalist V. Portnikov defines the expulsion of Armenian occupiers from Azerbaijan as “Ilham Aliyev’s victory over the Azerbaijani people” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQBpqvWpMo4&t=1540s), meaning that the fulfillment of the 30-year dream of the Azerbaijanis has further strengthened his power as a dictator. Portnikov further assures that “attempts will be made to find some kind of peace model in the region and will never be particularly successful, because the final solution to ensuring security in the region threatens the interests of the regime in Azerbaijan, because this regime needs to maintain the population in a sense of insecurity. Therefore, even if something is decided, it will be in such a way that it would be possible to break into a conflict at any moment.” In this case, it must be understood that it was more profitable for the Azerbaijani people to suffer a defeat for the sake of democracy and give 20% of their original territory to the eternal Armenian invaders, and possibly more, if we take into account the fact that according to the map of Armenian pseudo-historians, Baku was part of Great Armenia. A small remark, Armenian scientists carefully hide from history in what historical times such an empire as Great Armenia, washed by four seas, existed, the territory of which included almost the entire Middle East. It is interesting that the peoples living there, together with their emperors and shahs, did not even suspect that they were subjects of Great Armenia. (1,2)

This map is a clear confirmation of how dangerous it is for the Azerbaijani people to be neighbors with a country whose claims to the territory of Azerbaijan are recorded in its Constitution. The Armenian people are sick with the ideology of the Nazi Dashnaktsutyun party, the goal of which is to build a chimerical state on the territory of other peoples through ethnic cleansing. Taking advantage of the fact that Armenians created compact centers of residence among other peoples, as is happening in our time, for example, in Crimea, Kuban, California, Azerbaijan, the Dashnaks intended to create a Great Armenia. (3,4,5,6,7) In this way, the Gypsies can also lay claim to a Great Gypsyism, using the fact that there is no country where they do not live. The Nazis from Dashnaktsutyun are the only ones to blame for the catastrophe that befell the Armenian and Turkish peoples during the First World War. Taking advantage of the weakening central government and the rich Armenian diaspora in Moscow and Paris, which appeased the narrow-minded M. Gorbachev and his wife with precious gifts, the Dashnaks came out of hiding, starting with the blessing of all Armenians, Catholicos Giregin I, the expulsion of Azerbaijanis living in Armenia. The Dashnaks acted according to a pre-conceived insidious plan. Having provoked homeless refugees who were in Sumgait without means of subsistence to pogrom the Armenians living there, the Dashnaks spread throughout the world what kind of barbarians the Azerbaijanis are, after which they began mass ethnic cleansing of the indigenous population both from Armenia and from Karabakh, simultaneously destroying the historical monuments of the Azerbaijani people. Yes, precisely the indigenous, if we consider that before the arrival of the Russian invaders in the South Caucasus, no more than 5% of the indigenous Turkic population lived in the Irevan Khanate of Armenians. By the way, at the time of the conquest of Georgia, Armenians constituted a significant majority in its capital Tbilisi. According to official statistics for the middle of the 19th century, out of 12 thousand residents of Tiflis, about 9 thousand were Armenians, that is, 75%. (7) It is not for nothing that the party of Armenian Nazis Dashnaktsutyun was created in Tbilisi in 1890. Here it is appropriate to recall the statement of the famous Georgian publicist of the 19th century Ilya Chavchavadze about how the Armenians living in Georgia treated the Georgians, considering them: “Poor in spirit, feeble-minded, morally fallen, stupid, uneducated, ill-mannered, completely ruined, unreliable, cowards - this is the picture of our moral and physical baggage! This is what we were and what we are, according to those whose interests require such dishonor and humiliation of us. They are crawling out of their skins to convince everyone and everything, at home and on the side, in words and in print, that we were worthless and unworthy and remained the same, if not worse. With such a brand on their foreheads, they spread the name of the Georgian throughout Europe, where only their voice and pen could have access. They spread the same glory about us, Georgians, throughout Russia.” (Cool

Being in constant military confrontation with the Turks of Turkey and Iran, the tsarist government deported the local indigenous Muslim population in order to resettle Armenians, who are Christians, from all over the Middle East along the border. It must be said that the deportation of Azerbaijanis and the seizure of lands continued in Soviet times. In 1920, Moscow transferred a significant part of the territory of Azerbaijan Zangezur to Armenia, evicting the indigenous population. Since then, the Nakhichevan region has become an enclave isolated from Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan's completely legitimate demand to renew the former communication between Baku and Nakhichevan is rejected by Armenia.

Portnikov with his slogan "Give us democracy" is more like a three-year-old child who wanted to fly a plane, not understanding how this could end. Portnikov does not understand that first it is necessary to save the country, otherwise there will be nowhere to build democracy. Azerbaijan and its people were faced with the most important urgent issue at that historical moment - the issue of survival in the conditions of war.

The first democratically elected president of Azerbaijan, Abulfaz Elchibey, failed for the simple and completely objective reason that it is impossible to build democracy according to the Western model in a country whose people do not understand that democratic laws are obligatory for everyone, including the leadership. France, as we know it today, has previously gone through five republics through guillotines and bloody revolutions. It is impossible to introduce democracy from outside into a country whose people do not understand and do not accept its values by desire alone or on the bayonets of marines.

Elchibey had no support among the people who elected him as president, nor did he have the traditional Eastern clan of relatives and friends. The situation in Azerbaijan at that time was catastrophic. Armenian troops, with the support of Moscow, had captured 20% of Azerbaijani territory. As for the economy, it did not exist as such, the country was in a state of ruin. The government did not function. When it seemed that nothing could save the people from the general disaster, the appearance in Baku of the former leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev was perceived by the people like a drowning man clutching at a straw. And it must be said that the people were not mistaken, it is difficult to imagine what could have happened to the country if Aliyev, who realized the dangerous situation his homeland was in, had not come to Baku.

The Azerbaijani people were very lucky with Aliyev, as an intelligent, skillful organizer, he managed to restore state power and, most importantly, stop the war, at the cost of temporary concessions to the Armenian invaders. Aliyev put everything into restoring the economy, realizing that without a healthy economy, the war could not be won, and the country could not be brought out of poverty and ruin. Heydar Aliyev can be compared to Mustafa Kemal (Ataturk), both of them played a fateful role for the peoples of Azerbaijan and Turkey, who were threatened with losing their country. The plans were successfully continued by his son Ilham Aliyev. The economy began to work, which made it possible to create an army with modern weapons. The fraternal ties with Turkey established by Heydar Aliyev were further strengthened thanks to the politically skillful Ilham Aliyev, who concluded a strategic agreement with Turkey under the motto "one people - two states". The conditions created by Heydar Aliyev and Ilham Aliyev made it possible to realize the dream of the Azerbaijani people to liberate their land from the Armenian invaders. It is difficult to imagine that during martial law it would be possible to deal with issues of democracy, both in Turkey and in Azerbaijan, which inevitably caused internal political struggle and social chaos. In Turkey, only after the signing of the Sevres Peace Treaty in 1920, Mustafa Kemal, having the highest authority among the people and, one might say, unlimited power, began not to build a dictatorial regime and exalt his own cult, but to carry out social and economic reforms in the country, thanks to which today we know Turkey as the most democratic country in the Middle East, ahead of Israel in this regard. It is interesting how V. Portnikov, an ardent fighter for democracy, will comment on the fact that in Israel, unlike Turkey, there is no Constitution, there is no clear separation of legislative and executive power, religion is not separated from the state, the legislation contains halachic laws, moreover, Israel is pursuing a policy of apartheid towards the Arabs of Palestine, which cannot be associated with a democratic country, which Israel positions itself as. It is noteworthy that already in 1923 Turkey took third place in the world in terms of industrial development. The country from the former backward agricultural country has turned into a country with a diversified economy. In 2023, Turkey took 3rd place in economic growth among the G20 countries. All of Turkey's achievements are undoubtedly explained by the social and economic reforms that Ataturk implemented in peacetime. Mustafa Kemal, as the founder of the Turkish Democratic Republic, is recognized as one of the most influential figures of the 20th century.

As for democracy in Azerbaijan, despite the fact that the country is formally a democratic republic, but due to the war with Armenia, it would be a mistake to implement the country's transition to true democracy for the above reason. As I indicated, Turkey carried out democratic reforms only after signing a peace treaty with the Entente countries. With Armenia, despite the cessation of hostilities after the expulsion of the Armenian invaders, there is still no peace treaty due to the fault of Armenia, which does not renounce territorial claims to Azerbaijan contained in its constitution.

Ukrainian ournalist V. Portnikov does not want to know and accept all this in his consciousness, that it is impossible to introduce democracy in war conditions, moreover, it is sometimes impossible to observe it. Thus, during World War II, US President Franklin Roosevelt retained his post for a third term, which is a direct violation of the US Constitution. And what will the narrow-minded Portnikov say about Zelensky keeping his post as President of Ukraine, although his term in office has exceeded the constitutionally permitted one? Portnikov's childish reproaches towards Azerbaijan are recklessly untimely in terms of democracy. The main thing is the country's independence, which will allow the people to choose the path to the future.
