1. Don't connect all rigs to one wall socket, spread them around the house or farm.
2. It's best to use hiveOS instead of windows OS, maybe update is running in background which can cause some reboots.
3. Don't bother OCing those 3080 they have memory temp and if enough airflow isn't around it's possible to shut down.

I have a rig with 3080s and they work better with two table fans around the size of 21 inches, two things to always watch, the temp and the memory temp.

1. i will probably do so in few days, thank you, problem is currently i have one Desk/Frame and one wall socket, will give it a try right away anyways...

sadly hiveos wont work on my 10 years old server motherboards...

i solved the memory temps dont worry they are pretty cool @ up to 1400 MHz Memory Smiley

Sadly today that same error re-occurred and BOTH rigs shut down the same time ! am just not sure whats going on probably a power related issue, screenshot:

any advice ??...
What type of motherboard are you using? Mind sharing that first? It looks like a very old Motherboard am I right? Try updating the BIOS of that motherboard also since one rig isn't shutting down like those two move the GPUs from the two to the one rig that's not shutting down and let's see, I guess you may end up buying a better mining motherboard instead.

Return everything to stock and share us the memory type of each GPUs, hynix oc settings is different from Samsung memory OC settings, lower OC and try again, if it's stable write down the clock speed and adjust a bit again until you find the best settings, when building rigs you need to take things slow.

Lots of problems can be the cause for such by your descriptions however the best settings for mining with 3080 FHR are

Core clock -200
Memory clock +1200 since you are in Windows (but you can try smaller,my 3060 ti which uses the same settings once I passed +900 started giving me incorrect shares)
Power limit 75% or 240 watt

3080 LHR settings are slightly different

Core clock -100
Memory clock +1200 (but again start small in the beginning and see how the cards behave)
Power limit 70% or 230 watt.

In case you haven't done so try with these settings and see.

My personal suggestion and again it is only personal,in this case I would try what everybody or almost everybody else call the most stable miner, lolminer, give it a try and use the above overclock settings and see how it behaves. If lolminer also crashes and both rigs restart at the same time,I would suspect some power problems then.

I have two rigs so far Rig #1 consists of 2x 3070 + 3x 3060 Ti Mostly mining ETH using NH

Second Rig #2 having all 4x 3080 Cards (one is FHR)...

Recently I noticed both rigs are rebooting AT THE SAME TIME after displaying an error something like (in NB Miner) Overclock/Power settings failure, couldn't grab a screenshot for that, then a BSOD, the strange thing both rigs fail and reboot the same time !...

First rig got 1200w PSU

Second rig got dual 1000w (FHR + LHR card) + 1200w PSUs (both LHR cards)

All 3 PSUs sockets are connected on one of these:

and That is connected on the wall with a second one of these Smiley

am in a 1 bed room apartment and not really sure how much power draw from the wall is and whether that BSOD is caused due to power shortage or simply OC misconfiguration or even a bad hardware/riser

I just replaced one riser recently !...

First here is my OC settings are they good enough ?
http://grabilla.com/0c30a-7e5aa017-3ca8-4a5e-909f-50c94d61b5c0.html

and how to identify the reason of this random RIGS BSODs and reboots at the same time ?!?!...

how to find out the best wiring/electric scheme to avoid drawing too much power from the wall and burning some cables at the fuse box ??

thanks,
