my account ripplehd still hasn't been reset by theymos or hilariousandco its been more than 2 months, what now i've sent pm's to them with the verified bitcoin address and signed message but nothing
been nearly 3 weeks and still nothing

So sign a new one stating that ripplehd1 is ripplehd, with the same address! You did it once, so you clearly know how to do it. Just do it again and that'll prove ownership and you can retrieve your account back.
You'll just have to wait.
Just make sure that your signed message follows or similar to the template that was posted in the sticky (not like the one jaceefrost quoted).

Afaik ripplehd is from the same countr as I am but I am not sure ifthe owner is still the same.
