Have you tried to reflash it again as I suggested in my previous post?
If this issue just came up after you flashed I have a strong feeling this is just a software issue that is why I suggested you try to flash it again but this time use the stock firmware from Bitmain.

If still does not work there's also a TTL method to try but it needs a TTL cable to connect to the control board(RX, TX, and GND).

so did you simply use an sd card or did you foolishly flash the controller.

If you flashed the controller it will be harder to fix.

If you did an sd card just remove the sd card.

Do you mean it does not show any light indicator during flashing vnish firmware?
If I'm right the firmware you downloaded might be corrupted or the OTG is faulty.
To fix this redownload the firmware make sure you don't use any download manager like IDM or try to replace the OTG/SD card you use.

If not, try to flash it again through OTG but this time use the stock firmware, and let's see if it would fix the light indicator issue.

Hello,

I have Antminer S19, It has Vanish Firmware installed, and I just realised that after turning it on, it does not show any indicator. (Red and Green)
Fans are fully working but stuck at full speed.

Waited long enough already but still no indicator.

I read about indicators on Bitmain website, per them if both indicators are not showing even once, then the control board is damaged or I need to change firmware/factory reset.

Not sure how to proceed with a factory reset or if need to flash Vanish again!

(If need to install Vanish again, I need the green indicator to understand when to remove and plug USB OTG in the process, hence also the confusion Sad

)
