He really can be a sweet boy when he's feeling blue.  Every time something bad happens on his end he pulls crap like this.  And trust me, bad stuff is happening on his end.

I certainly do!  I've been the victim of a few smear campaigns... just lets me know I'm catching the scammers. 

You'd certainly know about those. 

The question of your identity is not in dispute.  Your post is merely an effort to obtain information on what has been discovered and how.  Investigation methods should never be revealed unless absolutely necessary.  Should the need arise, they'll be disclosed in official proceedings.

sam4aplex is a scammer for sure. He was selling nonexistent ASIC hardware and attempting to spread malware, I think he might have also been using another very similar sounding name.

I am not sure if this is in fact the same person, although the site names do look familiar

The following domains have been/are associated with BTC mining thefts/fraud over a period of several months.  The practice has been ongoing since early 2013 and is perpetrated by one individual.  For additional information you can PM me.  Use caution when dealing with anyone you do not know and ALWAYS use a trusted third party for escrow.
