shipment = transaction?

You paid a very low fee of 50sats/byte, really low currently coz currently atleast 209sats/byte are needed for your transaction to be confirmed faster. Try to submit your transaction on free accelerator service in the services section, there are lots of them, since it is only amount, don't pay extra

It is very urgent shipping and tried to find payment methods to speed up shipping but some are very expensive and others are low price that I do not trust much if they really accelerate and end up paying without accelerating. What time could it last until confirmed?

Well if you are really in a hurry you could try to us a bitcoin transaction accelerator. I think the biggest ones are ViaBTC, BTC.com and sosobtc. I never used any of them, but ViaBTC is mentioned in this forum a lot, and users seem to like it. It's free, but limited to 100 tx per hour, so I guess it's hard to use, but I'm not sure. I never actually used a tx accelerator, so I can't really help you any further but I think you should try to search for a service like that.

What exactly did you order from Blockchain.info?  A hardware wallet?  I didn't know they sold cold storage.
