I can confirm that I did not get anything on FaucetBOX although the message says that the reward is sent.I think this script and some very similar to this have problems.In most faucet who use it I have not received anything after claim.

You can use facuetbox facuet script and host it in different subdomain like faucet.yourdomain.com and you can host your blog on main domain. And add link to that faucet url in homepage. Another quite techy option could be showing faucetbox faucet page in iframe in one of the wordpress page. Second option is better but you need little knowledge about iframe and html coding.
