I unlocked it. Just remember to follow the bump guidelines ("updates" also count as bumps!), use the edit button rather than make another reply, and don't make more duplicate topics.

Well, first things first, you don't make more than one of the same post in different areas. You made the same post as this one here [https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--817318].
You only need to make one in the correct area (this one). Delete/lock the other one (or just wait for a mod to do so).
Second of all, I'm not exactly sure why it was locked, but it looked as if you were constantly, unnecessarily bumping it. A staff member might chip in here though sooner or later.
