If you are banned you are only allowed to post in Meta to discuss your ban, nothing else.

Does not matter whos accounts they are. If someone is spamming with them, the account gets banned.

First, no they don't ban you just for joining a signature campaign. They ban you if you post spam or posts with very little content with a big frequency.
Second, you are not allowed to post anywhere besides Meta when you are banned, not even from another account. If you do that you can be banned permanently.

Op I am afraid that your accounts are now lost. As I never seen anyone being 'unbanned' on this forum. I have a friendly advice for you, try to write better posts. I know it may be hard and you are probably not good with english either but if you do not want to be banned again try to be more coherent and maybe format your sentences. It will help you.

i know my one account is little bit spamy but all post are related to the topic not spamy they has postive trust also

They do not ban you for spamming, they ban you for your low quality posts like one liners or things that aren't even relevant to the thread. I would like to see a link to your two accounts and see how constructive they are. Just thinking about it makes me think it was the case.
