Tested it on both browsers and it didnt happen to me.
I extended all timers to 30+ seconds, hopefully this will fix your problem.
If not i will have to do further research.

The first hit is a new window the second hit is the claim.
You wil get a message like this.

Did you also white listed the domain in your add blocker addon ?
to make sure it isnt the noscript tag that trigger the redirect you could try this addon or likewise

Your faucet looks goods specially when the bird comes and sit here and there on screen. Faucet reward is also seems good what you wrote but i could not claim and test your faucet because when I visited you website I got this
