I have that 580 running at 30.5mh/s.
If I remember correctly, it has Samsung memory? If so, use the Ubermix 3.1 timings on 1750+ timings. You'll get much better results than copying the 1750 down. Samsung memory comes with tight straps already.

My 570 is modded by simply copying 1500 down and setting 1180/1900 in Afterburner. It is running a very steady 27.8 MH/S ETH while dual mining SIA at DCRI 13
My 580 is modded by copying 1750 down and no changes to Afterburner as this card is OC 'd already at 1430/2000. It is mining ETH at a sad 24.7 (ish) while dual mining SIA at DCRI 13
( I also tried no mod at all and get about 22 mh/s) I also tried copying 1750 into 2000 only and had booting issues with that one)
I have been playing for hours with various settings. Anyone having any success with these cards? I think I should be close to 30 mh/s
