Sad to hear that.  Their government have lost brave soldiers who committed thier lives in the service of their country.  Maybe it is indeed their time to go.  Pray for their souls.  Maybe their missions were finished and that is the way they will die.

I understand that most of the dead were civilians, especially children. Any human loss is a sad incident, but the death of so many children is something far worse. I hope they all rest in peace. BTW, what was the reason for the crash? Mechanical failure?

I feel sad for the accident. It still yet unknown what may have caused the accident. Most of the 31 dead retrieved from the Andaman Sea so far have been women and children after a fraught search by navy ships, planes and helicopters hampered by sweeping rains. I think that there is a mass funeral held for the victims. I hope they found the recording or the box that contains all the information of the flight so that the families of the victim will know what really happen so that closure will be easy to accept for families left.
