Electrum wallet is good in my opinion. They suggest what's best fees possible. In your case, you are only choose dynamic fees. Try to uncheck dynamic fees and it will give other fee options which is more cheaper than dynamic fees. .0001 btc/kb i think is the lowest fee. But those are not recommended because your funds that you're going to send might get in to trouble. Maybe it could get stucked in process but normally it takes days to receive the funds. But if you still don't meet your standards. Then switch to Mycelium which you can set the fees manually.

I suggest you to use only recommended fees because it's more safe and faster. I've used lower fees before and my fund were stucked. Luckily, i am able to accelerate the transaction thru txacclerator. I never used lower fees since that. I know the fee seems higher. So what i do is i don't send funds unless it's necessary.

If I were to only use only one wallet (for mobile), which one of these do you guys recommend?

I am currently using Electrum wallet for mobile and I notice that the transaction fee to send bitcoin is really high. For normal speed (within 5 blocks) it cost 0.0023 btc/kb. Even if I push my slider to the most left (within 25 block) it is 0.0017 btc/kb which is really high in my opinion.
Is it just me or does everyone see the same fee?

Should I change to mycelium because of the high fees by Electrum?
If Electrum doesn't let you choose a lower fee for your transaction, move to Mycelium. They don't let you "fully" customize your fees but it's still better than the 10 fee options Electrum let you manually choose for your fees.

Just keep in mind that Mycelium is also not the best wallet for custom fees, since you can't write the exactly fee you want to pay. Looking at my Mycelium wallet right now, looks like the lowest fee I can choose for my transactions is 0, 1, 22 and 44 sat/byte - which should be enought to save some money but don't stuck your transaction forever.
go and use Coinomi, they let you fully customise your fees paid and they support heaps of altcoins too.

If I were to switch to Mycelium mobile wallet, I can just download the app from App store and key in my 12 seed phrases and it works? Or do I need to do or change something on my Electrum wallet first before I switch to Mycelium forever?
There is no easy way to import your Electrum wallet into Mycelium, since both seeds are not compatible with each other. If possible, I suggest you to just move all your coins to a new Mycelium wallet and start using it for your new transactions.
