Why don't you simply create a transaction and send your funds over ?

What are you referring to with 'single use account' ?
Did you import an address (as a watch-only wallet) into mycelium ? Because if you did, you need to get the private key of the address (remember where you got that address from, where did you import it from) to access the funds.

What happens if you try to 'Send' from your address ? Do you get a message saying "This is a watch-only account ... " ?
If so, you have just imported an address. And the private key is NOT known to mycelium (which is needed to create a transaction).

If you have created a 'Single Address Account', you can simply click on it, and then choose 'create backup' at the upper right.
This will give you the private key to import into another wallet.

But since you seem to be unable to send your funds using mycelium, i guess you have only imported an address.
