I know it's not really gone, but this makes my mobile wallet pretty useless.
Huh.  I never had that problem with Mycelium.  I haven't kept up with this thread, but I'd love to start using it again--I just could not deal with not being able to set the network fee as low as you want.  Last year when there was some sort of congestion or miners' strike or something (can't remember, lol), it would have cost me a minimum of something like $40 to send $160 worth of bitcoin with Mycelium.  True, if I'd used Electrum and included an extremely low fee, I'm sure the Tx would never have gone through anyway, but I'd like to have the choice.

I did thru refresh ...it comes back...but its scary. I know its there but its unsettling
Funny.  When I was a total noob to bitcoin, I thought I lost all my bitcoin on Coinbase because they gave me a new receiving address and I just did not understand the concept of addresses and wallets and I thought all my bitcoin was linked to the initial address.  I've learned at least that much in just about 4 years.

You do have the option now to set the miners fee btw. I still use Mycellium and think its the best. Cheers

Then it's something on Mycelium's server or your connection. There is nothing to worry about if you have your private-key/backup seed.

Even if the balance appeared as empty (due to a server/connection malfunction), your funds would still be in the blockchain and could be recovered by importing your wallet in a different app/software/device.

Yes I do understand it all...and I swear by mycellium as my hot cell wallet with a small amount of btc...again never happened in the past. Thought perhaps Mycelium techs xan chip in and perhaps check their system. Thanks for the input

Cheers

Have the same issue...so do others as per reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/mycelium/comments/abe5xx/mycelium_wallet_empty/?utm_source=reddit-android

I reached out to Mycellium about this too. Will post any answers.
Have you tried to refresh or reload the wallet by using the refresh button from the top right of the screen?

The button looks like this

then wait for few minutes to refresh the wallet.

If still doesn't work try to reboot your phone and internet. It sometimes a DNS issue that is why the balance doesn't sync properly and sometimes it's a server issue. You just need to wait for their response regarding this if you still having this issue.

So it's just like synchronizing to me
Thanks, 4 hours later the problem has fixed itself.

I'll lock this topic.
I received a PM about this issue, so I'll unlock this.

I encountered this few times but I just ignored them since there's no outgoing transaction made. So it's just like synchronizing to me, no such big deal, maybe you should wait a little more.

Earlier today, Mycelium worked fine. However, since about 15 minutes, it shows my balance as 0 mBTC.
I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the recent upgrade to SegWit support, my balance is still in a legacy address. My wallet didn't get hacked: there are no outgoing transactions, and a block explorer shows my funds are still where I left them.

Can someone please check if this problem hit their wallet too?
