Hey thanks guys I got it. This was a pain , but u can Läden quite a bit from an error.  Mycelium needs to take their app of the App Store altogether if it’s not supported .

Yeah there's probably a point where you should give up with a piece of software that handles funds or patch it with another wallet to ensure funds are still accessible if yours fails.

With the recent updates that have been reported it looks like they're trying to fix stuff but it'll probably take them along time unless they can translate the android versions. I think a few other wallets like multiibit had a similar fate where the developers just gave up on it after it had too many bugs...

You can use the bip39 (seed phrase) on android but thinking to use it on laptop will not work because mycelium is only mobile compatible, it has no desktop version. If you need computer wallet.
You can import the seeds into a compatible wallet with a similar derivation path. As long as the derivation path are the same, the desktop wallet will generate the same keys as the mobile Mycelium wallet.

ios version has been abandoned. I suggest restoring from seed on android or using a bip39 compatible PC wallet like copay.

It might be a syncing problem. Have you tried to contact their support?

If you have the backup seed phrase better recover the wallet on Electrum PC instead as my suggestion if you don't want to wait on Mycelium to become normal again
I think recovering the wallet on Electrum is not possible. I tried it sometime back whilst including all the required detail and even the derivation paths to the dot but the expected addresses would not show up. Electrum might not be an option at this point.

So I wrote the backup phrase down , but on the app itself it has never showed the funds . I’m not sure if that matters . It’s not a ton of funds , just more of getting familiar with BTC. Ultimately I would like to resolve if I can .

The issue of mycelium sometimes that their server is very slow that can cause stuck on syncing. That's why it doesn't show your funds

I'm not sure if they actually abandoned the IOS wallet because they recently update the wallet according to the AppStore history.

I was sending to , they don’t match now . I did delete the app and restart and tried to retrieve with a series of phrases

Ahh so did you write down/screenshot or backup your SEED nmemonic?

If you haven't then your funds might be irrecoverable. If you have but you've just got a few words wrong o in the wrong order then the problem may be easy to solve.

What's the issue exactly? Were you sending the funds to your address on MyCelium wallet or from?

If you're sending it to, try checking if the address is in the wallet itself.
