Well, you generally always have 2 options:

1) Do what the error message says:

2) Import your mnemonic code into another wallet.

If you are not in a hurry, option 1) is the easier and less risky one.
If you want to access/send your coins fast, option 2) would be better. But make sure to use reputable wallets and verify their signature.

For everyone finding this thread when searching for the error message:
This is a connection issue. Your coins are and will be safe. If you don't mind waiting, simply check again in a few days.
If you are in a hurry, take a deep breath and properly use another wallet. Don't rush it and play it safe.

I experience the same thing before and reinstalling and changing internet DNS should fix the issue.

However, if he is using the mycelium on IOS well, there are lots of bad reviews and it's a well-known buggy app for iPhones. It's not like the same on Android phones it's working well without any issues.

With that being said so long as you have the seed you can import it into another wallet such as Electrum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=98.0
Make sure you only download Electrum (Or any wallet) from the legitimate website. Malware sites are everywhere, be alert.

With BTC going above $20k today many servers are getting slammed. This might make it look like Mycelium is offline but it's just really slow.

Guys last night my wallet at "MyCelium" APP stopped working and refrshing,
droping an error "Can’t synchronize the Account, please try again later”.

i asked somefriends and also on telegram comunities and people told me the same.
I have tired everything already, deleted the app, restart phone, another phone, another wallet by the same backup.

someone have a clue ?
