It's quite a strange situation and I'm surprised that this happened in Ethereum network now. Now transactions going without any problems in comparison with the beginning of this year. But I think that you will not be able to return your 30 dollars.

Do you even watch all of the comments in the EOS blog about to claim your EOS through MEW? The author said some steps have been changed and it may better for you to visit EOS.io directly. i have one big problem, i want to claim EOS tokens. And i follow that instruction;

You will never gonna get your EOS if you are still following the old step to claim your EOS through MEW.
